You Can Do It!

I have done 5k's in the past, straight 5k, the color run a couple of times but, this time was different. So... participating in a 5k that you have to run, duck, climb, and bust through obstacles is definitely not a normal Saturday morning for me. However, I am so glad that I did it... I made it!!!! Wahoo!  The emotions ran through me during the 5k, excitement, peace, exhaustion, tears, pain at times (lol), and then triumph and a feeling of great Joy when it was all said and done. I would encourage everyone to take the step and do something like this, even if it is just walking a 5k, Things like this has helped me to see that I can accomplish anything I set my mind to!
